No. Anyone can create a profile and start applying, and every account is verified by phone number, so there are no anonymous profiles. Where a trade legally requires a licence it is still yours to hold — and listing your certificates in your bio makes customers far more likely to pick you.
Not as a formal quote. You apply with a short message, so put your price or hourly rate in it if you already know them. The budget on a job is only an indication: the final price is whatever the two of you agree in chat, and ProHelp takes nothing out of it.
Fill your profile out completely, add every category you actually work in, and reply quickly — the fastest applicants are usually the ones who get picked. From there it compounds: finished jobs and good reviews raise your score, and a higher score puts you in front of more customers.
The top 50 professionals are recomputed daily from a score built on completed jobs and ratings quality, with recent activity, a complete profile, responsiveness and the variety of your clients all adding to it. Cancelling accepted jobs is the only thing that takes points away.
Directly by the customer. ProHelp doesn't process payments, hold funds or take a commission — you agree the amount and the method between yourselves, the same as any job you would take outside the app.
