Every ProHelp account is verified by phone number, so there are no anonymous profiles. Before you hire, check the professional's star rating, reviews from previous clients, how many jobs they have completed and their portfolio. Every job post is screened before it goes live, and you can report or block anyone at any time.

Create a profile, add the categories you work in and browse the jobs posted in your area. To apply, send the customer a message — it is free and there is no limit on how many jobs you apply to. It weighs completed jobs, with harder jobs counting for more, along with the quality and recency of your reviews, how varied your clients are, how consistently you work, how complete your profile is and how quickly you reply. Cancellations lower your score. We do not publish the exact weights, to keep the ranking fair.
