Construct House Foundations

Description

We need to build the foundation of a private house as per the drawings provided in the link. The reinforcement will be ordered pre-bent from a supplier, and your task is to assemble it on site. The price should include all foundation work specified in the drawings and specifications. Please also include the cost of creating the excavation pit, which requires renting construction equipment. I will arrange for a surveyor to set out the axes, and your responsibility is to assemble these with the surveyor. If you believe you can construct strip foundations more cheaply using standard mold rental, you are welcome to propose a budget for that solution as well. Link to the drawings: [link]
