Replace Fuel Filter

Hello, I'm looking for someone in Jelgava who can replace the fuel filter for a car on-site (where the car is parked) and check the glow plugs to see if they are working. The car is a Mercedes E270, 2.7 Diesel, 2004 model sedan. The car won't start after a cold night, not even with jumper cables. Please contact 28614099 for more information.
