I am looking for an experienced construction estimator to create an objective and detailed estimate for a private house project. An architect's plan is ready for calculations. Details about the object (Private House): - Type: Single-story residential house. - Area: 167 m² (living area). - Walls: Masonry block walls. - Roof: Flat roof (partially using trusses). Task: Prepare a realistic construction estimate that includes: - Costs of building materials. - Labor costs. - Transport and equipment costs (where applicable). Important: - Estimates must be based on current market rates (average costs at present). Construction is planned to begin in spring 2026. Candidate Requirements: - Experience in estimating costs for private homes. - Knowledge of current prices for building materials and services. - Ability to prepare a clear document in Excel format.
