Renovation Handyman Needed

Description

I am looking for a skilled handyman for a renovation project in Valmiera. The apartment size is 38 square meters. I would like to combine the living room with a small kitchen and create a little bedroom where the current kitchen is. There is no need to remove walls or make structural changes. I am looking forward to receiving offers. The budget for the handyman's work (excluding materials) is 6000 EUR. I will send photos and the room plan privately.
