Description

I am looking for experienced craftsmen or a team for a complete renovation of an apartment in Riga. The work is official; contracts, estimates, and a clear work schedule will be provided. **Project Details** - Location: Riga - Area: ~38 m² - Full renovation, no partial works **Scope of Work** - **Demolition**: Removal of old finishes, collection and disposal of debris - **Partitions**: Installation of gypsum board partitions (moisture-resistant in sanitary areas), profiles, insulation, puttying - **Floors**: Floor leveling (self-leveling compound), waterproofing in sanitary areas, tile (60×120) and vinyl flooring installation - **Ceilings**: Installation of gypsum ceilings in all rooms, preparation for built-in fixtures, puttying, painting - **Walls**: Wall leveling (Q3-Q4), painting - **Electrical**: New electrical wiring, sockets, switches, lighting, LED strips, distribution boxes, connections - **Plumbing**: Rerouting of water and sewage pipes, connecting sanitary appliances - **Finishing Touches**: Baseboards, silicone sealing, final cleaning **Requirements for Craftsmen** - Experience in complete apartment renovations - Ability to work according to a project/estimate - Precision and cleanliness on site - Ability to meet deadlines - Latvian or Russian language skills **Mandatory** - Official work - Contract - Detailed estimate - Invoice (if a legal entity) **Payment** - To be agreed upon - In stages - Preferably no cash payments
