Motorcycle VIN Registration Help

Description

I need help registering a 2018 KTM Enduro R motorcycle. I am looking for a solution involving a new frame with a VIN, or a wrecked bike from which the VIN can be transferred to mine. If there is any other viable method, I am open to all realistic suggestions.
