Demolition and Floor Preparation

Description

We need a handyman for demolition and floor preparation tasks! 1. Remove 3m2 of tiles from walls. 2. Dismantle old heating system pipes, approximately 15 tons. 3. Unscrew/remove gas boiler from the wall. 4. Fill floors with about 4cm of gravel for 25m2. 5. Level and compact the gravel. 6. Lay down a film for 25m2. 7. Install 100mm XPS Finnfoam for 25m2, gluing the sheets together with polyurethane foam, in three rooms. 8. Apply reflective film for underfloor heating for 25m2. 9. Install 20m of 32mm water pipes in an already dug trench from the well to the house. I have detailed the workload as precisely as possible; please provide an accurate estimate for the work involved!
