Demolition and Floor Preparation

Description

We need a handyman for demolition and floor preparation work! 1. Remove 3m2 of tiles from the walls. 2. Dismantle about 15m of old heating system pipes. 3. Unscrew/remove the gas boiler from the wall. 4. Arrange and bury water pipes (two outlets need to be corrected and moved to another location). 5. Fill the floor with 4cm of gravel over 25m2. 6. Level and compact the gravel. 7. Lay down a film over 25m2. 8. Apply 100mm XPS Finnfoam over 25m2, gluing sheets together with adhesive, in three rooms. 9. Install reflective film for underfloor heating over 25m2. 10. Install 20m of 32mm water pipes in an already dug trench from the well to the house. Please provide the total cost of the work!
