Description
A toilet replacement is needed. The current toilet has a valve that frequently leaks. It is not secured to the floor; it appears to be held in place by silicone. I would like a new toilet with a soft-close seat. Preferably, it should be of mid-range quality to avoid similar valve issues in the future. Please send me some quotes for the replacement, including the toilet, seat, and labor.
