Strip Foundation Construction
Description
We need a complete construction of strip foundations for a building in Ainaži according to the attached project. Scope of work includes: * Delivery, leveling, and compacting of approximately 10 m³ of crushed stone (0/36 or 0/45 fraction) to a thickness of ~30 cm and width of 90 cm; * Marking horizontal and vertical levels for the foundations; * Construction of monolithic reinforced concrete foundation footings approximately 600×300 mm; * Construction of monolithic foundation walls approximately 300×900 mm; * Delivery and installation of reinforcement as per the project; * Fabrication, installation, and dismantling of formwork (the contractor must provide their own materials); * Total concrete volume of approximately 12.8 m³; * Delivery and pouring of concrete, a pump is required; * Vibrating the concrete and leveling the top of the foundation; * All necessary materials, fasteners, equipment, and transportation to Ainaži. Please submit the total price for labor + materials + delivery, separately indicating the price excluding VAT and including VAT.
