Insulation and Roof Replacement
Description
We are looking for a contractor or team for insulation and/or roof replacement of a private house in Saldus. We would like to start the work as soon as possible. Scope of work: House insulation: - Foundation area – 35.5 m²; - Facade area – 196.5 m². Roof replacement: - Roof area – 181 m²; - Boxes – 70 m; - Gutters – 40 m; - Planned roofing material – profiled sheets. Depending on the offer, there may also be a need for roof replacement of an auxiliary building: - Roof area – 189 m²; - Boxes – 35 m; - Gutters – 10 m. Attached is a visual example of the house. Please include in your offer the costs of labor and materials, the possible start date for the work, and your experience with similar projects.
