Install Cement Screed Floor

Description

I am looking for a crew to install an estrich (cement concrete screed) floor in a 3-room apartment in Dobele. Area: approximately 61 m² Thickness: 4–6 cm Floor: 5th floor The existing floor is uneven, cleaned, and primed—insulation in granules (foam granules or similar) or another leveling may be needed. Afterward, I plan to install laminate flooring. Please provide an offer with an estimated price per m² (labor + materials).
