🌿 We are looking for a landscape architect / landscape designer for long-term collaboration. We are developing an ambitious Scandinavian-style holiday home project and are seeking someone who wants to create a space that they can proudly showcase in their portfolio in the years to come. The project is located in Ogres municipality, in Lēdmane (approximately a 1-hour drive from Riga), by the picturesque banks of the Lobes river. We are in search of a creative landscape architect or designer who wants to work alongside us on this project. Our goal is to develop a natural, minimalist, and easy-to-maintain landscape that seamlessly blends with the riverbank, terrain, and surrounding nature, while also enhancing the Scandinavian architecture of the home. The location is already unique – with large trees, a river, a stream, and expansive meadows. We want to transform this potential into a truly special environment. Currently needed: • Area concept and master plan (~0.5 ha); • Functional zoning; • Planting and landscaping concept; • 3D visualizations. We will implement the project gradually, so we are looking for a long-term partner rather than a one-time service.
