Replace wall-mounted TV

Description

The current TV isn't working, and I would like to replace it with a new L-shaped one. However, when trying to remove the old TV, a part of the bracket that helps to take the TV off the wall broke. I need assistance with safely removing the old TV and properly installing the new one.
