Construction Workers Needed

I am looking for construction workers, tradespeople, and builders for work in Riga and other regions of Latvia, with the opportunity for long-term collaboration. I am interested in reliable specialists or teams that can independently take on and complete small to medium-sized construction projects, such as: • building terraces; • constructing canopies; • building extensions; • facades and other outdoor work; • various construction tasks for non-residential buildings and outdoor structures. It is important that the candidate can: • independently organize work execution; • plan necessary materials; • take responsibility for work quality and deadlines; • work individually or lead their own team. I offer: • stable work on various projects; • competitive remuneration based on the scope, complexity, and intensity of the work; • pay ranging from €10.00 to €14.00 per hour gross (or by agreement on the project); • the opportunity to participate in long-term projects. Preferred but not mandatory: • Category B driving license; • own safety gear and work tools; • prior experience in construction work; • ability to make independent decisions on-site.
