Fix Balcony Water Drainage

Description

I need assistance with fixing the water drainage on my balcony for my air conditioner. The condensation water is not draining properly and may be due to a clogged drainage hole. To resolve the issue, some floor planks will likely need to be removed and reinstalled. The air conditioner is functioning well; we just need to ensure that the water flows away effectively.
