Description

We need a specialist who is knowledgeable about Panasonic heat pumps. There is an issue in the house where, even when the heating is completely turned off and only water heating is on, the floors are still unnecessarily heated. We also need help understanding and resolving the issue of two rooms where the floors are not heating at all.
