A dynamic and growing construction company is looking for a motivated and reliable Helper for Water and Sewerage Networks (WSN) to join our team in Riga and the surrounding areas. 🛠️ Main job responsibilities: - Assist WSN installers and masters in the construction of pipelines, wells, and other engineering systems. - Perform auxiliary tasks in trench and excavation preparation (digging, base compacting). - Prepare, provide, and transport materials and tools on site. Maintain the workplace in order and comply with safety regulations. 📋 Candidate requirements: - Ability to perform physical work outdoors. - High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to work in a team. - No harmful habits that could hinder the quality of work. - Previous experience in construction or similar work will be considered an advantage (but is not mandatory – we will teach you everything!). 💼 The company offers: - Stable and consistent workload throughout the year. - Competitive and timely remuneration: 1700 gross (before tax, depending on skills). - Provided work clothing, personal protective equipment, and quality tools. - Growth opportunities – the chance to learn the profession of WSN installer and increase your salary.
