We are hiring a responsible and motivated individual to join our construction company for facade insulation and plastering work. The job requires a desire to learn, grow professionally, and work in a dynamic environment. Requirements include motivation to work in construction, especially with facades; a Category B driver's license for traveling to sites (company provides a vehicle); ability to work at heights and adhere to safety standards; physical endurance, precision, and a sense of responsibility. Experience with facade work is preferred but training will be provided. We offer a salary according to skills from €1200 to €1800 per month or more, work across various sites mainly around Riga, all necessary equipment and clothing, training and growth opportunities, and a friendly work environment.
