Make wooden cake stand

Hello! I am looking for someone to make a wooden cake stand that is detachable and has five tiers. The stand should be painted white, with tier diameters of 20cm, 26cm, 32cm, 40cm, and 45cm. The height between tiers should be between 9cm and 13cm. Additionally, I would like to know the cost.
