Car jump-start needed

Hello, residents of Riga! I need a little help. I left the hazard lights on in my car while moving and completely forgot about them. Now, unfortunately, the battery is dead. My car is parked by an apartment building in Riga (I can send the exact address privately). If anyone nearby has jumper cables and can help jump-start my old car, I would greatly appreciate it!
