Finish Apartment Tasks
Description
I am looking for a person or a team to finish up remaining tasks in my apartment, along with some minor details. It's an old Lithuanian project, located on the 9th floor, with a small elevator. Essentially, there are a few wires that need to be embedded in the wall and two sockets to install. After that, it’s mainly filling, sanding, and painting in the living room, bedroom, and the room in between. Both rooms will also need some decorative plaster on the walls. It's worth noting that the corners in these buildings are not sharp; they're oval and not perfectly straight, and I don't expect them to be absolutely perfect. The first layer of wall filling in the living room is already done and sanded. I am looking for approximate offers and prices. Not a fixed price, but a rough estimate so that there aren't any unpleasant surprises with on-site evaluations where price categories differ significantly. I would like to agree on a concrete number and then finish the work within a few days or weeks.
