Floor installation in apartment
Description
I am looking for a handyman for new floor installation in an apartment in a Khrushchyovka building. The old wooden floor and beams have been completely removed. Currently, there is an exposed concrete slab, and I need a new floor structure prepared for future vinyl flooring installation. Room dimensions: 2.47 × 5.58 m (approximately 13.8 m²). Requirements: * Assess the existing concrete slab; * Suggest the most suitable new floor structure solution; * Raise the floor by 12 cm; * If necessary, create the floor with new beams, claydite, dry floor, or another suitable solution; * Prepare a level, stable base suitable for vinyl flooring; * It is also preferable to install the vinyl flooring itself. Important: I am not sure which solution would be the best for this floor and the Khrushchyovka building, so I am looking for a handyman who can inspect the site, professionally recommend a solution, and provide an estimate of the work costs.
