I gained my first work experience at the age of 14, starting as an assistant—carrying pavers, digging foundations, and learning from the masters. Over the years, I became a team leader, leading people and working on various projects myself. Life has also taken me to England, Ireland, and Sweden, where I worked on various tough jobs. But I always understood one thing – Latvia is my home. That’s why I returned and continue to do what I do best – paving.
