Description
A handyman is needed to visit my rental apartment in Jugla to diagnose an issue with the washing machine. The tenants do not speak Latvian and have limited English. I will not be present, but I will arrange payment remotely. I need to know how much the diagnostic and call-out service will cost. If a repair is needed, we will agree on the cost separately. Can someone do this today or tomorrow?
