Apartment Division and Design

Description

I am looking for an architect to help me divide a 73m² apartment into two one-bedroom units. The goal is to prepare these units for short-term rental on Airbnb. The current idea is to have a small corridor when entering through the main door, with one apartment to the left and the other to the right. Located in the center of Riga, the project will also require a designer for both apartments.
