Gym Project Construction Team

We are looking for an experienced construction team or company for collaboration on the "Pērses Primary School" gym project in Irši, Aizkraukles region. Start date: September 2026 Completion period: 1 month and 1 week Main tasks to be performed: * Local restoration of facade insulation and decorative plaster; * Preparation and repainting of the facade; * Repair and repainting of the base; * Preparation and painting of the wooden cladding for roof overhangs and entrance canopies; * Dismantling and reassembling of metal covering details; * Repair of the rainwater drainage system; * Installation of concrete gutters and filtration wells; * Checking, tightening, and replacing necessary screws for sandwich panel roof fasteners; * Related auxiliary work and site cleanup. We require a team/company with experience in facade, roof, and exterior finishing work. Preference will be given to those who can provide a complete package of work and meet the specified timeline.
