Project Description – Shed Demolition and Construction in Aizkraukle This project involves the demolition of the existing shed and the construction of a new one in Aizkraukle. The work is scheduled to be completed within 2 weeks from the start date. Demolition Works The existing shed will be dismantled, including the deconstruction of the structure, collection of debris, and site preparation for future construction. The project will also involve the removal and disposal of the existing slate roofing in accordance with regulatory requirements. New Shed Construction After completing the demolition, a new shed will be constructed. This will include the installation of concrete footings to provide necessary structural support and stability. The wooden frame for the walls will be assembled using treated timber. Necessary materials such as screws, fasteners, and other components needed for assembly are included in the scope of work. Roof Structure and Roofing The roof structure will be built using treated timber for the rafters. This will include the installation of purlins and bracing, as well as an anti-condensation membrane. The roofing will be installed using profiled metal sheets and will include the installation of necessary special elements such as eaves, cornices, and other roof junction components. Additional materials such as screws and fasteners are also included. Drainage System Installation Installation of a rainwater drainage system will be carried out, including the mounting of gutters and downspouts. Necessary materials such as hooks, fasteners, and other installation elements will be used. Facade Finishing The walls of the shed will be covered with painted cladding. This includes the installation of cladding boards and necessary materials such as screws, fasteners, and other assembly materials. All work will be organized and coordinated to ensure completion within the specified timeframe of 2 weeks.
