Job Task: Facade restoration and masonry work Overall Area: ~85 m2 Type of Work: Facade repair (without insulation), filling of openings, painting. 1. Preparation and Dismantling Dismantling of doors: Dismantling of the second-floor door block (~3.3 m2). Surface cleaning: Cleaning the facade of crumbling plaster, paint layers, moss, or dirt. Primer layer: Treatment of all surfaces with a deep primer to enhance adhesion. 2. Masonry and Leveling Work Masonry of the second-floor opening: Filling of the door opening (~3.3 m2). Note: Use aerated concrete blocks (thickness matching the existing wall, e.g., 300mm or thicker) to ensure energy efficiency and prevent thermal bridges. Filling of the first-floor niche: Leveling of former window openings (depth ~17 cm) to the facade plane. Solution: Masonry with lightweight concrete blocks or inserting solid insulation material (e.g., extruded polystyrene or stone wool), where construction permits, to achieve a uniform level. Reinforcement: All new masonry joints with existing walls must be reinforced with mesh to prevent cracking. 3. Plastering and Decorative Finishing Facade leveling: Filling in uneven areas and plastering the entire facade (85 m2) with reinforcing mortar and mesh (over the entire area). Painting: Painting the facade in two layers, matching the color to the existing facade color. 4. Rainwater Gutter Extension/construction of existing rainwater pipe to the first floor (to the ground or a designated outlet point). Tel.29161998
