Complete Bathroom Renovation

Description
We need a complete renovation of the bathroom. This includes dismantling the entire bathroom, treating mold, applying microcement to part of the wall, and tiling the other part and the floor. We also want to change the position of the faucet and ventilation, add new outlets, and install new bathroom fixtures. We would like to sign a contract that includes a guarantee for timely performance and quality of work. I have attached pictures of what we would like to see.
