I need to determine two things for my project: 1. What would the total cost be? 2. What would the labor cost be? I have marked in purple where the load-bearing walls need to be demolished and if it's feasible to do so while ensuring the structure remains stable without columns in the middle. If necessary, I'm willing to install a column. The ceiling is supported by concrete slabs that rest on these load-bearing walls.
