We are looking for a responsible and eager-to-work person to join our construction company's team for facade insulation and plastering work. We seek colleagues who want to learn, grow professionally, and work in a dynamic environment. Requirements include a strong interest and motivation to work in construction, a category B driver's license (a car is provided to reach job sites), ability to work at heights, adherence to safety standards, physical endurance, precision, and responsibility. Experience in facade work (such as wool gluing, dibbling, reinforcement, plastering) is advantageous, but on-site training is available. We offer compensation based on skills and effort (from €1200 to €1800 per month or more), work on various sites across Latvia (mainly in Riga and surrounding areas), all necessary equipment, tools, workwear, training, and growth opportunities, as well as a friendly team and stable work environment.
