Build Small Interior Wall

Description

Needed to construct a small wall that is indicated in the apartment layout but does not currently exist. Approximate requirements: - Drywall wall with a height of 2.55 meters and a width of 1.35 meters; - Taped and painted to match the existing wall (color codes and a bucket of paint are still available); - Baseboards to be installed; - Metal exterior doors to be mounted in the wall (!!!) with a frame (to comply with legal planning); - Painted wall after installation; See the layout image - the missing wall is highlighted with a blue circle.
