Baseboard Repair and Hole Fix

Description

I need assistance with fixing baseboards and finding a solution for a hole in the wall. A dog has chewed up parts of the baseboard, and ideally, I would like to find an identical baseboard to replace the damaged sections. If an identical match cannot be found, the entire perimeter may need replacement. Additionally, there is a hole in the wall which contains an unused electrical wire; aesthetically closing this hole would be the best solution. Lastly, the chewed door stopper needs to be replaced.
