Description
A complete interior and exterior finish for a 60 m2 house is available for only 45,000€, including all materials. The best part is that you do not need a project when building a house up to 60 m2; simply submit a site plan to the local building authority. The house size is 6x10 meters, and you can freely plan the layout of interior partitions, windows, and exterior doors. Everything is included in the price: 1) Foundation on screw piles suitable for the house's load-bearing requirements. 2) Wooden frame constructed from dried, calibrated C24 timber for external walls, 195x45 mm, insulated with 200 mm wool and vapor barrier with 45x45 mm battens and 50 mm wool. 3) Floor structure with 200x50 mm beams insulated with 200 mm wool, followed by 50x50 mm battens insulated with 50 mm wool and 18 mm OSB boards, with a total insulation thickness of 250 mm. 4) Ceiling structure and roof rafters made of 150x50 mm beams are insulated with 250 mm wool. 5) Roof rafters of 150x50 mm, double batten system, metal roof T20, including all finishing elements and gutters. 6) Facade is made from ventilated wood, painted with profile boards. 7) Windows with triple glazing, German profile; the front door features thermal insulation to prevent freezing in winter. 8) Complete electrical installation including wires, switches, and sockets. 9) Plumbing throughout the house, with shower, toilet, and sink. 10) External walls covered with a single layer of 10 mm OSB, a second layer with drywall (GKP), and drywall ceilings on profiles, as well as internal partitions. 11) Walls and ceilings plastered and painted twice. 12) Laminated flooring where needed, along with skirting boards, and tiles in the bathroom on the walls.
