Chimney cleaning and cap installation

Description

A certified chimney sweep is needed for cleaning and additional consultation. Also, the task includes installing a chimney cap (which has not been purchased). The house is a two-story private residence with a pitched roof that does not have direct rooftop access. Please note that the roof is old and fragile, which may affect the safety measures needed during the job.
