SIA 'LL Vision Build' is looking for an experienced team or construction company to carry out floor installation work at the Irši Community Center. Planned tasks: * Demolition and disposal of the existing wooden floor – approximately 177 m²; * Construction of a 30 cm sand layer – approximately 35 m³; * Construction of a 10 cm gravel layer – approximately 20 m³; * Installation of a two-layer film – approximately 400 m²; * Installation of 100 mm extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation – approximately 177 m²; * Concrete flooring / screed installation of 8–10 cm – approximately 177 m²; * Installation of vinyl flooring and baseboards – approximately 177 m². 📅 Start date: September 2026 ⏱️ Duration: approximately 1 month and 1 week.
