Entrance steps and landing creation

Description

I am looking for a specialist to create entrance steps and a landing in front of the door of a private house. A concrete base is already prepared for the future landing, but there is no foundation for the stairs yet. The existing concrete base has partially been covered with soil over time, and it will need to be excavated. The method of construction is not essential, and I will consider any options. Materials can be provided by either party upon agreement. I can provide various tools, including a concrete mixer, if necessary. There is water available on-site. The main dimensions are indicated in the photographs.
