Install Circuit Breaker

Hello, I need some help with electrical work. A new circuit breaker needs to be installed and the existing wiring needs to be replaced before the flooring is laid down in the attic. Ideally, it would be great if an invoice can be issued for the job. We can agree on how to handle the materials. The price is negotiable. The location is 20km from Jelgava, near Staļģene.
