Build shelf/shoe cabinet

Description

Need a shelf/shoe cabinet to be made. The design includes shelves on top and two rows for shoes at the bottom. I have provided 2 photos for reference, showing the intended single piece of furniture. Dimensions are 55 x 22 x 240 cm.
