Wooden frame house options available: - 40m2 for €24,000 - 50m2 for €30,000 - 60m2 for €36,000 - 70m2 for €42,000 - 80m2 for €48,000 - 90m2 for €54,000 - 100m2 for €60,000 The price includes all work and materials with full external and gray interior finishing: 1) Foundations - Base blocks or Fibo MP5 with foundation foot and insulated reinforcement strip with 50mm extruded polystyrene. 2) Walls - Dried, calibrated C24 timber for external walls (195x45) and internal supporting walls (145x45). 3) Roof - Rafters (200x50), diffusion membrane, double lathing, metal cladding, either corrugated or tiled profile. 4) Facade - 12mm Isoplate, double lathing painted in timber color. 5) Insulation - Walls with 200mm mineral wool (thermal coefficient 35), ceilings with 300mm mineral wool (thermal coefficient 40). 6) Walls - Vapor barrier, battens, 10mm OSB, drywall. 7) Ceilings - Profile double frame, drywall. 8) Floors - Underfloor heating, vapor barrier, 100mm extruded polystyrene, film, 16mm pipes, and 70mm screed. 9) Complete electrical installation throughout the house. 10) Water pipes and sewage pipes throughout the house. 11) Gutters and downpipes. 12) Windows with triple glazing and exterior doors.
