Facade Insulation and Plastering

Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual to join our construction team for facade insulation and plastering work. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, grow professionally, and work in a dynamic environment. Requirements include a willingness to work in construction, particularly facade insulation and plastering, and a category B driver's license (a vehicle is provided for site access). You should be comfortable working at heights and following safety regulations. Physical endurance, precision, and responsibility are important. Experience with facade work (gluing wool, doweling, reinforcing, plastering) is an advantage but not necessary, as training is provided. We offer a salary based on skills and effort (starting at 1200 to 1800 EUR per month or more), work at various sites in Latvia (mainly in and around Riga), all necessary equipment, tools, and workwear, as well as training and growth opportunities in a friendly and stable work environment.
