Reinforce chandelier mounting

Description

We need to reinforce the installation of a chandelier that currently hangs on a metal rod behind drywall. The ceiling is 6.5 meters high and the chandelier weighs approximately 40 kg. Although it is stable, it should be better secured to the ceiling beams. This task will require scaffolding or a scissor lift for access. Behind the drywall, there is about 30 cm of rock wool insulation, followed by boards, and then more insulation. Pictures are attached for reference. We likely need long screws, anchors, or hooks through the insulation to the boards and beams. Additional metal straps could also be secured to the beams for extra support.
