Demolition and Floor Preparation Work

Description

We are looking for a handyman for demolition and floor preparation work! 1. Demolition of 3m2 tiles from walls, 2. Removal of old heating system pipes, approximately 15 tons, 3. Uninstalling a gas boiler from the wall, 4. Filling the floor with about 4cm of gravel over 25m2, 5. Leveling/compacting the gravel, 6. Installing a moisture barrier over 25m2, 7. Applying 100mm XPS foam boards over 25m2, gluing the sheets together with adhesive in three rooms (the foundation area is somewhat uneven, will need to trim/sand the foam for a good fit), 8. Placing reflective foil for underfloor heating over 25m2. 9. Installing 20m of 32mm water pipes in a trench already dug from the well to the house. Please specify the total cost of the work!
