Facade Restoration Work
Description
We need to restore the upper part of the building's facade, following the desired outcome shown in the attached image and the current condition. Current Condition: • The entire upper facade is currently painted brown. • The paint has faded, peeled in places, and has discolored. • In some areas, the paint has completely detached from the surface, especially at the ridge and top of the roof. Job Tasks: 1. Remove the old, damaged, and flaking paint. 2. Prepare the surface for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming). 3. Perform high-quality painting according to the design in the image: • Facade boards - in a dark blue tone. • Window trims, cornices, and fascia boards - in a brown tone. 4. Create balcony and window trim frames following the example in the picture. 5. Restore the terrace railing.
